Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By making a booking with Executive Tours & Transfers, you agree to be bound by these terms.
A quoted price from Executive Tours & Transfers is valid for 7 days. The price includes the times, location, route, and other details stipulated on the booking confirmation. Requests to modify these details should be made at least one week in advance, and we will endeavour to accommodate minor changes.
All bookings will be allowed one amendment (change of time or location). A change of date will be considered a cancellation and subject to applicable fees. Any further changes will incur a $50 amendment fee.
All reservations must be confirmed with a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance paid in full on the day of your Tour/Transfer. Your payment confirms your agreement to our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy. Reservations are not confirmed until receipt of the deposit.
Payments can be made by direct deposit to Executive Tours & Transfers. Please use your surname as the reference. All bookings require credit card details at point of sale, which may be used for additional charges or damage to vehicles.
Overtime
The hire agreement includes specified pick-up and return times. Where these times are not adhered to, we reserve the right to levy additional charges at the rate of $200 per hour.
Damages
We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $500 for any damage to or soiling of our vehicles caused by you or members of your party. Payment must be settled before the end of the hire or charged to the credit card used for booking.
Food & Alcohol
Food and alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles. A cleaning charge of $250 will apply if this condition is breached.
Smoking
Smoking or vaping in our vehicles is strictly prohibited. Drivers are instructed to terminate the charter immediately, without refund, if this condition is ignored.
We cannot take responsibility for property left in our vehicles. If items are found, we will endeavour to return them at our earliest opportunity (charges may apply).
We typically collect personal information directly from you when you make a reservation or use our services. We may also collect information from publicly available sources and third parties, including law enforcement, government bodies, and service providers.
In the event of a breakdown, we will use our best endeavour to provide a backup vehicle as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss. We will give a full refund if the booking cannot proceed, or a pro-rata refund for charters already in progress.
Executive Tours & Transfers reserves the right to cancel or replace our vehicle with a suitable alternative in severe weather conditions. We prioritise the safety of our staff and customers and will discuss options with you, providing an alternative or a full refund if required.
We strive to arrive at pick-up points in advance of agreed times. Occasionally, events outside our control may cause delays. Provided we arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, this will be deemed within the terms of the agreement, and we will endeavour to adjust booking times to compensate.
Wine Tours & Transfers
- Cancellations more than 72 hours prior to departure: 10% administration fee
- Cancellations within 72 hours of departure and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee
Private Charters
- Require a 50% deposit non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations within 7 days: full quoted price (excluding lunch and tasting fees)
Late arrivals, no-shows, and early departures are deemed cancellations and will incur the full tariff. No-shows take effect 30 minutes after specified pick-up times.
We strongly recommend travel insurance for both medical and cancellation coverage.
Tour guests tasting alcohol must be 18+ years of age and should not drink alcohol 8 hours prior to the tour. Our drivers are RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certified and monitor the safety and well-being of all passengers. Passengers endangering this priority will be warned and, if necessary, removed from the tour.
Consuming alcohol is not permitted on or beside our vehicles. As charter-licensed vehicles, heavy fines apply for drinking on or beside the vehicle, to both passengers and drivers.
Passengers are fully responsible for their own safety during tours or transfers. Executive Tours & Transfers and the venues visited are not liable for any irritations or medical conditions experienced from wine or food consumed during or after the tour.
It remains the customer's responsibility to confirm with venue staff that food and drink offered is safe for consumption. We will relay dietary requirements in advance, but no venues can guarantee 100% allergen-free meals due to shared kitchen facilities.
We may request credit card details as security for bookings where part of the group is paying cash on the day. By providing these details, you take responsibility for the full booking, and we reserve the right to charge outstanding amounts, including cancellation fees.
We recommend smart casual attire. Most wineries do not accept groups in costume outfits, and as such, neither can we.
Executive Tours & Transfers reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
